Ordering Policies

Ordering Terms & Conditions:

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin production on all custom orders, unless specified otherwise.

  • Balances on custom orders are due within 30 days of the completion of your order.

  • Unpaid balances after 30 days of completion notice will result in forfeiting deposits made as well as the completed product.

  • Orders with an outstanding balance will not be shipped until full payment is received. If you wish to pick up your order, any remaining balance must be paid at that time. 

Payment Methods:

  • We accept cash, personal check, money orders, Paypal, and most major credit cards. 

  • Custom order deposits or balances paid with credit card or Paypal will incur a 3% processing fee.

Turnaround Time:

  • Turnaround time for a custom snare drum order is approximately 6-8 weeks. 

  • Turnaround time for a custom drum kit order is approximately 12-16 weeks. 

  • These lead times may vary depending on the availability of your desired hardware. In the event of an unforeseen delay, we will notify you immediately. 

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges:

  • Every order placed with Woodland Percussion is handcrafted to your specifications; therefore, there are no exchanges, returns, or refunds. Once we receive your initial deposit, those funds are allocated towards materials, hardware, etc. and will not be refunded.  

Warranty:

  • All Woodland Percussion products include a one year warranty from the date of original purchase against defects in materials and craftsmanship. 

  • Drumheads and snare wires are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage and/or product failures that result from modifications, alterations, improper maintenance, neglect, shell damage due to improper tuning, misuse, or extreme variances in climate (specifically humidity and temperature).  

  • Our finishes are guaranteed against defects for one-year from the date of original purchase, provided that proper care and handling of the instrument(s) has been taken. Excessive wear and tear due to abuse is not covered in this warranty. 

Shipping Policies:

  •  All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, items typically ship next business day after receipt of cleared payment. 

  • All orders are tracked and insured for the full amount of your purchase, plus shipping expenses. 

  • Signature will be required upon delivery. 

  • We make every effort to package your order as carefully and securely as possible, therefore, Woodland Percussion will not be held responsible for loss or damage to items during shipping. 

  • It is the responsibility of the receiving party to follow up on any damaged item claims to be reimbursed via the carrier.
